Love Always, Tristan: Crowne Legacy, Book 4 by Sherelle Green

A Review By: SS

Ever meet a beautiful soul and know that your life has been changed from that encounter?

A rose amongst the thorns. That's what Creed always referred to me as. We were never supposed to be together. Him and me. Us. My life was cut too short. I wasn't finished leaving my mark. You think you know my story, but everyone has secrets.

Contains mature themes.

An installment in a Series? Yes (Book 4)

Narrator (s): Sean Crisden, Wesleigh Siobhan

Our beloved Tristan was taken away from the Crowne family in a horrible fashion. This story tells us the story behind her unexpected murder, in addition to the love story she shared with Creed, leading to her becoming the jewel in the Crowne family. Although this story was brief, Sherelle Green did a wonderful job telling Tristan's story and giving readers closure. Readers tend to mourn the loss of characters, and I for one, needed answers. Why was Tristan murdered? Was the hit meant for someone else? Will Creed survive the loss? Tristan was able to give us answers posthumously by describing her tumultuous relationship with her own family. It was heart-wrenching to listen to Wesleigh Siobhan narrate with such melancholy as Tristan spoke of her love for Creed and the bond they shared. I also enjoyed listening to Sean Crisden portray characters who are a bit grittier than I am accustomed to hearing from him. Both narrators did a stellar job expressing the various emotions that come with reading all the twists and turns that come with this series. Sherelle Green is really showing her versatility in this dark, suspenseful series. I can't wait for the next story.
