The DOM by A.A. Lewis
A Review By: VJJ
Stephen Bricston Woodward is a complicated man. Born into one of the wealthiest families in New York, Stephen, or as he is known to family and friends “Brick” is the epitome of a white man of privilege. He married rich, abided by the family rules, and even managed to have the standard two children and a dog. With all the riches, material possessions, and power that came along with running the family empire, there wasn’t much that Brick longed for, needed, or desired. That was until his membership to the infamous Phoenix Gentleman’s Club open his eyes to a new world of pleasure.
Brick’s desire to be serviced and dominate over women went from fascination to reality as his fantasy began to play out in real life. The only caveat, all his submissives must be of a lower class. Brick had always been a philanthropist; he saw his fetish as a way to give back to the women he dominated. They would service him sexually, and in return, he would bless them with riches and material things. He would even go as far as elevating them up to a suitable standard so that they could attract a man that could provide for them with the lifestyle he was showing them.
Brick had everything he wanted in life until a chance meeting with his Business Banker changed everything. For Brick, interracial relationships were too taboo to consider. But one look at Apryl Sharpe changed all that. Obsessed with his desire to dominate Apryl, Brick embarks on a quest to make Apryl his. Little did he know, that this course of action will jeopardize everything.
The Dom is the first book in The Proposal Series. Author A.A. Lewis explores the sultry dark side of BDSM and interracial relationships. This journey of lust, power, and dominance will leave you clinging to the edge of your seat. Filled with drama, twists, and turns, The Dom is sure to leave you wanting more.

This story explores BDSM, control, submission and power while falling in love.
THE DOM by A. A. Lewis isn't just your average book; it's a spicy dive into the male mind on love, lust, and the wild world where money, power, and respect is the key to life, and dominance and control reign supreme! The author beautifully captures Brick's cocky charm as he swoops in on Apryl, purposely invading her life, leading her into a whirlwind of submission, obedience, lust, kink, and play as her dominant who loves to be called Lord.
Apryl, the bold explorer who’s green, found herself surprised when Brick presents her with The Proposal that ignited her curiosity and added a dash of spice, empowerment and adventure to her life. Her submission is his obsession and she’s rewarded for her obedience.
This story was drama-full yet enticing. The scenes were seductive, sexy, erotic and well depicted having me falling into the pages lost in their story. The Dom snuck up on me as the world of BDSM opened up and invited me into a place of unexpected twists but also had me emotional and furious in the end.
This story does ends on a cliff hanger. Book 2, The Banker is not yet on audiobook. Both are salacious and a must that you experience them.
Narrator D. Lewis is new to me and delivered a good performance bringing this story to life.
