Curiosity is a romantic vampire tale. It’s short in length but mighty in impact, where the depiction into a world of fantareality is beautifully written, incredibly alluring and exciting as I was lulled into Blackwood, where money, prestige and privacy brings out the kinky in the town’s elite.

This story and characters are engaging, dark, erotic, wild and the sexcapades were intense. It’s thrilling, suspenseful and descriptively provocative, so much so that I could feel heat from the breath the vamps took oozing off the pages, their urgency and desires for each other and when they bite, I clutched my neck as if I were being bitten as well. If you want a treat, this is an experience you must have.

The story is a step into a paranormal world with strikingly sexy Black characters that only Christina C. Jones can create. I enjoyed my visit in Blackwood; hell, I didn’t want to leave, so thankfully, there are two additional books to binge as I eagerly await the release of their audiobooks!

The narration by Wesleigh Siobhan’s effortlessly captured the essence of this story and the characters; a job well done!
